A very useful and versatile product, the result of the skilful processing of Italian cocoa and hazelnuts, without the addition of sugar. To create excellent ice cream and flavor pastry preparations. Born in Piedmont at the beginning of the 19th century, this cocoa cream was in fact made with hazelnuts to obtain a democratic product given the high cost of cocoa, it then became an irreplaceable and highly customizable flavor according to expert recipes. The product does not contain gluten or sugars, therefore also ideal in the preparation of sugar-free recipes made with the Sugar-Free Cream Base E&V1905.
