The product is suitable for flavoring both for ice cream recipes but also and above all in pastry preparations, also suitable for celiac and vegan consumers. Given the absence of added sugars, the product is suitable for sugar-free ice cream recipes made with the Sugar-Free Cream Base E&V1905.
