Delicious paste prepared with fine French milk, cocoa butter and notes of vanilla and butter. Excellent for making a tasty white chocolate ice cream or as a preparation base for creative recipes. The product is in fact extremely versatile and is enhanced in combinations with the pure 100% E&V1905 hazelnut, pistachio or almond pastes, as well as in combination with our varyagati from the “The beautiful range” line or the super rich in taste such as REBELLO, L ‘E’ BON, ROCK ‘N ROLLA and many others. The product does not contain gluten and therefore also suitable for confectionery preparations dedicated to gluten intolerant customers.
