Base Roberta

ROBERTA Base is a base with dosage 140g per liter of milk or 100g per kg mix. It can be developed with either cold or hot fusion. It is a medium/high dosage base, designed to have a product that is easy to use but at the same time customizable. It contains no flavorings and is enriched only by milk fat.
