METHOD
Mix milk and cream, then add BASE BIANCA until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Add the CHOCOLATE paste and RASPBERRY FRUIT and mix with a whisk to blend the mixture well.
Stir in.
Decorate and fill the ice cream once it has been whipped with RASPBERRY FRUCTELLA and MERINGUE GRANEL.
