Very versatile complete basic product for the preparation of cheese flavored ice creams. This excellent product allows the creation of ice creams using milk and your favorite cheese to develop rich recipes of cheesecake, ricotta, scquaquarone or other cheesy flavors.

PREPARATION
Mix milk and cream, add BASE CHEESE slowly until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Add fresh cheese and mix with a whisk to mix the mixture well.
Freeze the ice cream mix.
Decorate and fill the ice cream with STRAWBERRY and sponge cake.
