METHOD
Mix milk and cream, add BASE CAMELIA slowly until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Add the YO GOOD - YOGURT CREAM and mix with a whisk to mix the mixture well.
Freeze the ice cream mix.
In a separate container, mix 75% of FRUTTELLA BLUEBERRY and 25% of FRUTTELLA LIME TROPICAL until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
Decorate and fill the ice cream with the FRUTTELLA BLUEBERRY and FRUTTELLA LIME TROPICAL mix.
