Cioccoscuro pasta
A chocolate paste made with a careful selection of single origin cocoa, processed without sugar to be versatile in the creation of ice cream and chocolate desserts. Excellent for the flavoring of pastry creams and in general to enhance chocolate confectionery preparations. Given the absence of added sugars, the product is suitable for sugar-free ice cream recipes made with the Sugar-Free Cream Base E&V1905.

PREPARATION
Mix milk and cream, add BASE CAMELIA slowly until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Add the CIOCCOSCURO paste and mix with a whisk to mix the mixture well.
Freeze the ice cream mix.
Decorate and fill the ice cream with AMANERA BLACK SOURCHERRIES MODENA and BELLA NERA - FONDENTE.
