Delicious paste prepared with fine French milk, cocoa butter and notes of vanilla and butter. Excellent for making a tasty white chocolate ice cream or as a preparation base for creative recipes. The product is in fact extremely versatile and is enhanced in combinations with the pure 100% E&V1905 hazelnut, pistachio or almond pastes, as well as in combination with our varyagati from the "The beautiful range" line or the super rich in taste such as REBELLO, L 'E' BON, ROCK 'N ROLLA and many others. The product does not contain gluten and therefore also suitable for confectionery preparations dedicated to gluten intolerant customers.

METHOD
Mix milk and cream, add BASE CAMELIA slowly until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
Add the 100% Italia Hazelnut paste and mix with a whisk to mix the mixture well.
Freeze the ice cream mix.
Decorate and fill the ice cream with L'E'BON!
